Yext is seeking a highly-organized, motivated, technically-minded and hard working Platform Manager to join Yext’s Reseller Operations team. A Platform Manager is a Yext product specialist responsible for providing expert platform configuration and data management services for Yext’s resellers.We value individuals who are fast learners, team contributors, strong communicators, and problem solvers. What You'll Do


  • Work with client success and resellers to identify project requirements and leverage internal tools to configure Yext environment accordingly
  • Manage and prioritize multiple inbound reseller configuration or data management requests, communicate and manage timelines of each, and drive to completion
  • Evaluate multiple potential solutions related to account configuration, communicate the tradeoffs of each, advise on the best course of action, and execute related operations tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Act as voice of reseller within the business and translate reseller requests to other internal stakeholders using the appropriate level of information and technical language for each situation
  • Partner closely with the broader account team to ensure we are aligned and exceeding reseller expectations
  • Identify potential areas to improve all aspects of the platform and products
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to resellers as well as internal teams
  • Test new features and workflows in product releases and provide feedback to product management
  • Contribute to internal resources and process improvements

What You Have


  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level Education or relative Work Experience
  • 2+ years of technical account management, consulting, technical support, operations, or analyst experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to approach a problem from multiple perspectives
  • Strong work ethic and high sense of personal responsibility and commitment to going above and beyond for your stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and manipulation with Excel or equivalent
  • Effective written and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and set expectations
  • Self-directed, organized, and process-driven
  • Excellent time management skills and written documentation
  • Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional environment

#LI-DD1Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave.
