The Digital Media Specialist at CCA Global is an expert in paid digital advertising channels (Paid Search, Social, Display, Mobile, Behavioral).  The Digital Media Specialist is always seeking to elevate the local store owner’s business by utilizing paid digital media channels to drive high qualified leads and traffic to our websites and customers into their retail storefronts.  This position will be responsible for managing the creation, successful implementation, and ongoing optimization of PPC, Paid Social and Display campaigns for our customers.  Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you will work closely with our entire Digital Marketing team on the day-to-day management of local digital media advertising campaigns.  As part of our dynamic team, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Our Digital Media Specialist will:


  • Define strategy for local paid digital media in support of customer advertising goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics and strategies as needed.
  • Optimize campaign performance to meet specified goals including monitoring keyword selection, campaign budgets, ad unit performance, bid strategies, impression share, quality score, and other important campaign metrics.
  • Implement new campaign setup across Google, Facebook and other media channels including budgets, customer targets and other initial setup requirements.
  • Generate and communicate monthly digital media campaign performance reports and meet with customers to understand business goals and review campaign performance.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field plus a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on digital advertising experience.
  • Google AdWords Certification preferred.
  • Digital agency experience preferred/welcomed, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and all digital media executions (i.e. Facebook advertising, Google Ads, programmatic display/geofencing/native/video).
  • Solid organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain multiple on-going projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Skill to develop rapport with member clients and the team, managing the relationship and expectations, and troubleshooting conflicts as they arise.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with a team in a creative and fun working environment.
