Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. This hourly position is ideal for someone with administrative experience who excels at managing schedules, handling documents, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, format, and print documents as needed
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
