We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the product, sales, planning, training, and marketing teams and play a crucial role in defining and executing the product marketing strategy for our innovative financial services.

In this role, you’ll develop impactful product messaging and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements. You’ll analyze consumer and member insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify unique value propositions that resonate with our target audiences. We’re looking for a great story teller, and strong writer, who can explain customer benefits in a jargon-free and relatable way. You'll know our product inside and out and be a passionate advocate for our members. If you're a product marketer with a strong background in financial services and a knack for storytelling, we would love to meet you.

What you'll do:


  • Deeply understand our members and target consumers: You'll be the expert on our target audience, their needs, and how our service solves their problems. This means conducting market research, analyzing member data, and staying on top of industry trends.
  • Collaborate across teams: You'll work closely with the product, UX, engineering, sales, planning, member experience, investment operations, training, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging: You'll craft impactful, relatable, and concise messaging frameworks that resonate with our audience and differentiate our service in the market. Ensure the messaging is used consistently, internally and externally.
  • Launch new services and features:  You'll lead go-to-market strategies, creating impactful launches that generate excitement and drive purchase.
  • Create compelling marketing content: You'll be involved in the development of a variety of marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
  • Keep our competitive intelligence analysis up to date.
  • Build and maintain our product claims library.
  • Maintain key user experience visual library.
  • Keep our service demos fresh and accurate.
  • Explainer videos

Requirements


What you'll bring:


  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the financial industry.
  • A proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to make a real impact at our company and in the world.

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience conducting rapid consumer surveys

Benefits


  • $150,000 - $170,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
