We have a diversity committee that focuses on breaking down barriers, recognizing that our uniqueness is what makes us so successful!The Product Trainer will be responsible for effectively training end users of Greenphire’s suite of products on the benefits, processes, and best practices of the solutions. The Product Trainer will work as a subject matter expert on the solutions and work with Product and Operations teams to understand all updates/feature enhancements and how they impact processes and user experience. The candidate should be confident in presenting/demoing on a software platform, communicate effectively, and be able to work well in a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities


  • Lead remote and occasionally in person training presentations/demonstrations of Greenphire’s solutions to new and existing users, located primarily at clinical research sites and pharmaceutical companies around the world
  • Be a subject matter expert on Greenphire’s software capabilities and effectively communicate and demonstrate the capabilities, benefits, best practices, and processes
  • Create and manage new training materials, used by internal team members, internal employees, or external client and site users
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve training to drive increased user satisfaction, adoption, and enthusiasm
  • Respond to triggers (KPIs, other metrics/data) and communicate one-on-one with site users as necessary
  • Drive organization brand, values, and best practices through all client/user communication activities
  • Document, and convey internally, client and user requested functionality
  • Support and deliver product training within Greenphire for other Greenphire employees
  • Maintain familiarity of key regulations, market trends, and key business events in the Life Sciences industry through research and attending events when possible
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional groups on various projects
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally for in-person client training needs

Qualifications


  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work/training experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demo on a software product
  • Experience with training on a SaaS product preferred
  • Experience in clinical trial industry preferred, but not required
  • Effective project management skills, including the ability to identify problems, potential solutions, and managing the project through to completion
  • Motivation as a continuous learner
  • Drive to help others achieve their objectives through better understanding and use of software
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer and software skills including but not limited to: word processing, (i.e., MS Word), presentation, (i.e., PowerPoint, Visio), data analysis (i.e., MS Excel)
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced and dynamic
  • Multi-lingual experience (preferred) – particularly in German, Spanish, French, Polish, Italian or Czech
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 10%
