Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Analytics

Description

Across 20+ years of delivering financial planning and analytics products that are powerful yet simple to use, we’ve tackled complex challenges head-on. Along the way, we’ve had our share of failures, but we learn fast, adapt, and keep moving forward. This mindset keeps us at the leading edge—creating products that don’t just help businesses; they change the way people work. We don’t believe in micromanagement. We empower our teams to solve customer problems in the best way they see fit—trusting them to make good decisions, take ownership, and drive meaningful impact. We move fast, but never recklessly.

Learning and improvement are key to our success, so we set aside time for everyone to focus on personal growth — because better people build better products. We work hard, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Whether it’s running a paper aeroplane competition, our weekly group curry expedition or celebrating wins together, we believe work should be fun.

What will you be doing?

You'll be a key member of the team that's building a re-imagined version of our core analytics product. It's going to be faster, more flexible, and easier to use than anything we've built before. Our users are going to love it. Work with the team to guide development direction, build best practices, and apply learned lessons – as well as helping coach other engineers and contributing to the agile practices of the team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands modern web technologies – You’re confident working with C#, web APIs, React, TypeScript, AWS, GraphQL, and big data tools.
  • Moves fast but stays thoughtful – You know when to shift up a gear and when to seek more information.
  • Has a growth mindset – You’re always learning and looking for ways to improve.
  • Is supportive & collaborative – You thrive in a team environment, helping others succeed as much as yourself.
  • Loves solving tough problems – You get energy from breaking down complexity and devising elegant solutions.
  • Wants to have fun – You bring a positive energy and enjoy working with great people.
