Status: Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)
Location: Remote (M-F availability within 9am-5pm Eastern Time) Role Overview: As an SEM Specialist, you will drive performance for assigned projects and clients related to paid search. This role is up to 20 hours per week, with agreed-upon daily availability during standard business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Direct management of assigned Google and Bing ads accounts.
- Conduct ongoing optimizations and analysis to meet (and exceed) client KPIs.
- Manage budgets through monitoring and adjustments to ensure spend levels are hit.
- Conduct keyword research as needed, including generation of new keywords to expand keywords and analyzing search query reports (SQRs) to add negative keywords.
- Optimize and create new ad copy for existing and upcoming campaigns.
- Analyze data and trends to identify optimizations contributing to client success.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Google and Bing advertising platforms.
- Clear understanding of PPC best practices including bid management and campaign setup across paid search, display, and YouTube/video advertising.
- Experience implementing PPC strategies and tactics, particularly for B2B audiences.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills, including providing detailed campaign analysis to our Director of SEM.
- Ability to analyze PPC data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and implement findings to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Google and Bing ads.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B environments.
