Role Overview: People and Culture Intern


The People and Culture Intern will be integral in supporting the development and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement and support a positive organisational culture. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in HR functions, employee engagement strategies, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities of People and Culture Intern


  • Support the coordination and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in developing internal communication strategies to promote a cohesive organisational culture in a hybrid work environment.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of programs that foster diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Contribute to research and development of best practices in people and culture management.
  • Maintain and organise HR records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate feedback mechanisms, assisting with surveys and analysis to measure employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives to improve organisational culture.

Skills and Experience Required


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with eagerness to engage with diverse teams.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
