The Role


VP of Digital Product Development.This role will be responsible for leading the development and management of STEM Healthcare’s digital solutions, driving innovation and operational excellence. As a leader in software and product development, you will work with stakeholders to align technology programs with our goals, delivering impactful solutions for customers and colleagues. Reports to: CEO, STEM

What You'll be doing..


  • Design and deliver the digital technology roadmap, focusing on software, mobile applications, automation, and data-driven innovation.
  • Collaborating with P&L owners to ensure technology initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Translate client and stakeholder needs into actionable, customer-centric technology solutions.
  • Leverage AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Build a high-performing internal digital team to reduce reliance on external vendors.

What You will need...


  • Experience in Software and product development life cycles, mobile applications, AI, and emerging digital technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
  • Experience in Risk management and strategies to safeguard systems and data.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading software/product development and delivering quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and align strategies.
  • Strategic thinking, innovation, and mobile application development experience for seamless user experiences.
  • Experience delivering secure, innovative digital products and integrating AI/data analytics to drive efficiency.
  • Experience partnering with P&L owners to align technology with business goals.
  • Ability to designing client-centered digital solutions to enhance customer value.
  • Previous experience in implementing cybersecurity practices to ensure compliance and protect assets.

This is a Hybrid role, location can be based in the US East Coast, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
