Overview
Tonal is seeking a creative and social-savvy Art Director/Content Creator to support our marketing communications and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content that drives interest and builds brand equity for Tonal across social media and in advertising communications. This role combines graphic design, film production, and social media expertise to create impactful original content that resonates with our audience.This is a hybrid position based in New York, New York.
What You Will Do
- Create social content, print, and digital assets aligned with broader marketing and campaign objectives
- Concept, capture, and produce social series and posts, partnering with Social Strategist and Community Manager to execute
- Create visually compelling assets optimized for each channel
- Evolve the brand storytelling style to feel more luxury/premium
- Design social media graphics, carousels, videos, etc.
- Stay current with pop culture, fitness/health/wellness social media, and platform updates as they relate to content creation and concepting
Who You Are
- 4+ years experience creating social media content for brands, ideally in the luxury space
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following
- High proficiency in Figma and social media design tools
- Experience with photography, video and photo editing, and motion graphics
- Foundational knowledge of social platform best practices and content specifications
- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills
- Portfolio of conceptual work with strong design, color balance, photography, logo, and typography skills
- NYC-based and able to travel to our NYC office at least one day per week for content production
