ERP Validation Engineer
Location: Northern New Jersey (Hybrid Remote)
Summary:
We are seeking a mid-senior level Validation Engineer with ERP validation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer System Validation (CSV) and be capable of writing validation documentation, including test scripts and summaries. Experience with SAP is highly desirable. Candidate may need to travel to site in New Jersey as needed. This is a contract assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation protocols and test scripts for the SAP system.
- Prepare validation documentation, including validation plans, test scripts, and summary reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful validation of the SAP system.
- Identify and resolve validation issues and discrepancies.
- Provide support during audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) within an ERP environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for validation.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of GxP, cGMP regulations and guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk-based validation approaches.
