About the Role
As an Account Executive at Censia, you will be a pivotal player in driving our growth and helping clients achieve their talent acquisition goals. This is an opportunity to combine your sales expertise with a passion for innovation and inclusivity to deliver solutions that truly make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and challenges.
- Product Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Censia’s platform to deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition tailored to client use cases.
- Collaborative Solutions: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless onboarding and successful client outcomes.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and client feedback to inform sales strategies and contribute to the development of Censia’s roadmap.
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and pursue opportunities within Fortune 500 companies and other key markets, developing a robust pipeline of prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Success: 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech or AI-powered solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
- Consultative Selling: Expertise in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort with AI/ML-based products and the ability to navigate technical conversations with clients.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for DEI: A strong belief in the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a desire to help companies create inclusive workplaces.
Senior-Level Relationships:
Extensive experience selling into CHROs, Heads of Talent, or equivalent roles, with a strong network among Workday customers and the ability to leverage those connections to drive results.
