This role sits at the center of the action, where strategy meets execution. You’ll work across teams to uncover growth opportunities, analyze key business metrics, and build the systems that enable us to scale.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities for Nayya, providing data-backed recommendations that include financial analysis and projected business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams across Nayya to identify, research, build, launch, and scale new opportunities.
  • Data Analysis & Experimentation: Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on everything from new experience to retention-driving programs.
  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and threats, informing both long-term strategy and day-to-day operations.
  • Project Management: Lead or support key initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to define and execute company-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting business performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Goal Tracking: Develop and implement frameworks to track and report progress against organizational goals and KPIs.
  • Requirements


    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or a strategy role in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). 
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver insights to senior leadership.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering measurable results.
    • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams.
    • Execution-Oriented: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.

    The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $100,000- $130,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office.
