About the Role


As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for pipeline growth via outbounding motions. You'll own the full outbound lead lifecycle, from initial outbound prospecting through qualification and sales handoff.You will carry a quota tied to first time meetings set and qualified deals created. The quota will be set on a quarterly basis and tied to our annual company revenue goals.In this role, you will bridge a crucial gap between marketing, sales, and prospects, requiring strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills, and meticulous time management.

Key Responsibilities


  • Pipeline generation:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize outbound pipeline generation motions via Linkedin, email, phone, etc.
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and craft relevant messaging 
  • Staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings to enable meaningful conversations
  • Manage high volumes of outreach while maintaining quality and personalization within your communications
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure high quality meeting setting
  • Operations:
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system
  • Ensure comprehensive handoff of meetings to AEs with proper documentation and clear next steps
  • Learn our tech stack and ensure proper usage of each tool for prospecting, communications, and documentation

Requirements


  • 0-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in, or understanding of, SaaS, preferably in supply chain, AI, data science, analytics, or related technical domains preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology stack preferred
