This individual will play a critical role in driving user growth, onboarding, and retention across diverse verticals on the Avalanche platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies for cutting-edge blockchain technologies while engaging with a broad spectrum of crypto communities and projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Design, and Business Development, to develop and execute integrated marketing plans for Avalanche
- Manage marketing projects that span the user journey, from top-of-funnel brand awareness to bottom-of-funnel user acquisition and retention
- Develop strategies to increase user engagement and re-engagement across Avalanche’s ecosystem, including dApps, infrastructure, and services
- Implement and refine measurement frameworks to track performance, optimize spend allocation, and report on ROI
- Act as a hands-on strategist and contributor, working closely with team members and partners to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives
- Leverage data to create compelling narratives, actionable insights, and targeted messaging
- Stay current with the latest blockchain, crypto, and Web3 trends to effectively market Avalanche’s value propositions
- Contribute to content creation, messaging frameworks, and campaign collateral to ensure consistency and impact across marketing channels
- Partner with external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to amplify messaging and drive adoption
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or growth within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech space
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and how users interact with Web3 ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage high-impact marketing campaigns for Web3 or crypto end users
- Experience working in high-growth startups or rapidly evolving industries
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Figma (or similar wireframing tools), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a keen eye for crafting compelling narratives
- Flexibility and adaptability to execute in the final direction determined by a diverse team of stakeholders
Salary Range: $135,481 to $169,351(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)#LI-Remote #LI-RP1
