About the Role


We are looking for  highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executives to join our growing team ideally in either our San Francisco or Chicago offices. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with some of North America’s most exciting retail, DTC and e-commerce shippers. You will be selling Loop's parcel spend management platform, which helps businesses save money and improve their shipping operations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the AI revolution, while solving a real world challenge with technology that drives significant business impact. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and help guide our future product roadmap and service offerings
  • Present and demonstrate Loop's platform to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue

About You


  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3+ years of experience in a direct sales closing role
  • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions OR selling solutions in the Supply Chain/logistics industry
  • Experience working with Retail  and e-commerce companies a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be located at our San Francisco or Chicago locations and present in-office 2-3 days per week.
