How You’ll Find Success


  • Actively participate in agile practices, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to iteratively design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Own the quality of the codebase by implementing best practices in testing and code review, ensuring that all solutions are not only performant but also maintainable and robust in the face of rapid growth.
  • Leverage your creativity and problem-solving skills to architect elegant, straightforward solutions that effectively address complex scalability challenges, facilitating long-term success for the platform.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Share knowledge about system design and best practices to empower others and elevate team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, actively seeking opportunities for process improvements and enhancements that can lead to more efficient development workflows and higher-quality deliverables.

Things You’ll Do


  • Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance
  • Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers          
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume


  • 10+ years of relevant experience    
  • Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn      
  • Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background    
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance    
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems  
  • Experience with professional software engineering practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documents)
