Expected Skill Set:
Team management : Ability to guide the L1 agents whenever they are stuckAbility to provide constructive & corrective feedbackAbility to identify gaps in daily operations and fix via interventionsAbility to resolve interpersonal conflicts among team membersAbility to prioritize tasks based on team & org’s prioritiesGood communication skills: Good speaking & writing skills both in Hindi & EnglishStakeholder management: working with stakeholders/ POCs for issue resolution Note: Tools to be handled: Sherlock, Freshdesk, Ozonetel, Guru
Key requirements for the Role:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the CX domain/ opsMinimum 2 years of experience of managing a teamOwnership driven mindset, drive to solve problems end to end collaborativelyTeam Player, expected to prioritize team goals & objectivesApproaches CX from a customer oriented mindsetAbility to solve problems without existing knowledge/ solutioningEscalations handling would be an added advantageExpected to take “Senior call back” calls when requested by users
Selection process & timelines :
