Our Web3 Project Manager will:
- Project Management and Coordination:
a. Oversee and track progress across all Web3-related workstreams, incl. but not limited to tokenomics, partnerships with hardware providers, product building & management, and technical design b. Drive and track the main milestones, delays, issues, achievements of technical implementationsc. Maintain a consistent, in-depth overview of the Web3 team's priorities, ensuring alignment with individual and overall goals- Documentation and Organisation:
a. Develop and maintain comprehensive records of project activities, timelines, and deliverablesb. Ensure all information is easily accessible, well-structured, and up-to-datec. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed for internal and external stakeholders- Strategic Support & Communication:
a. Support in management functions & ideation of project operationsb. Participate in Web3 function meetings related to product, tokenomics, partnerships, etc., capturing key insights and ensuring follow-through on action items- Stakeholder Communication:
a. Ensuring clear and effective communication within the team and with external partnersb. Draft polished presentations, slides, and reports to support strategic technical & non-technical initiatives
Qualities for Success:
- Project Management Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing, tracking & driving multiple projects
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, MBA or other related field
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, with the ability to take ownership, prioritise tasks independently, and push initiatives forward
- Industry: Strong understanding of Web3 and/or DePIN spaces/technologies
- Highly Structured: Detail-oriented, and adept at maintaining timelines, records and documentation
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming organisational challenges
- Communication: Strong listening & communication skills in English and German (Written & Oral)
