What You'll Do
- Financial Management: Oversee and process accounts receivable and payable transactions, ensuring all invoices and payments are accurate and timely.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- Member/Retailer Invoicing: Prepare and execute monthly invoice uploads for members and retailers, ensuring seamless integration into NetSuite.
- AdRocket Invoicing: Manage and complete monthly AdRocket Base and Boost invoicing with precision and efficiency.
- Analysis & Reporting: Conduct account research and variance analysis, providing actionable insights and contributing to financial strategy.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance and readiness with all documentation.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity, adhering to best practices for data protection.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving workflows, ensuring consistent quality in financial operations.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Tackle additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support the broader goals of the organization.
