Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to identify growth opportunities, foster partnerships, and drive revenue.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build a robust pipeline of top talent through recruitment and partnerships to support business growth.
- Marketing Communications & Strategic Positioning: Lead marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and align messaging with market demands.
- Internal & External Communication: Ensure effective collaboration, transparency, and alignment across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
- Governance & Execution: Oversee business initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver expected outcomes.
- Market Surveillance & Strategic Adjustments: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Trade Shows & Conferences: Represent the company at industry events, strengthening our presence and building relationships.
- Sales & Promotion Strategy: Evaluate and implement sales approaches to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Recommended >10 years of experience relevant role
