Senior Financial Analyst
Job Location: HQ DISA Ft. Meade, MD.Position Type: Full-Time/RegularenGenius Consulting Group Inc is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide assistance within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This support includes, but is not limited to:
- Analyze, summarize, and identify trends and issues relating to budget execution, including development of Spend Plans and tracking of expenditures.
- Review and prepare funding packages for appropriated funds (O&M, Procurement and RDT&E) using IE Financial Tracking System and DAI.
- Evaluate funding guidance and resource levels for adequacy in supporting program mission and objectives.
- Review and assess impact of changes in both functional and financial regulations, policies, and guidance.
- Consult management on budget strategies and techniques and use of financial management products.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in financial field
- Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance required.
- Minimum 8 years of financial management experience
- Minimum 4 years of DoD financial management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work on site in a SCIF 5 days a week
Additional Qualifications (Desired):
- Working knowledge of DOD PPBE processes, with emphasis on execution functions and funding packages for Appropriated Funds.
- Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) experience desired.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 4 years related budget experience in DoD (related experience in other organizations will be considered).

- Active DoD Top Secret-SCI
