The Avation Medical team is seeking a Product Manager to join the Product Marketing Team.
Vivally is an FDA-cleared wearable at-home treatment for the symptoms of Overactive Bladder (OAB) and Incontinence. The role of Avation Product Manager reports to the Avation VP, Product Marketing & Customer Care.The Product Manager is an exciting function within Avation Medical that focuses on the commercial success of the Vivally System. The successful product manager will have a strong business mindset, and be able to work across teams and functions, effectively communicate across different layers of the organization, know how to set priorities for the development teams to drive execution toward a successful strategic direction.

- Support the development and execution of market and product strategies and tactical plans in the US
- Actively support the US selling efforts, including close collaboration with field sales
- Participate in development of comprehensive marketing collateral based on clinical indication driven market segments, including design and execution of messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources
- Design and implement promotional programs to maximize impact of targeted sales channel efforts
- Understand near and long-term implications for the product and Avation, and support the development of product strategies and tactics for growth
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Foster relationships with key clinical individuals/organizations within the industry
- Monitor project progress and ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget
- Communicate project updates to team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Help motivate team members to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Collaborate with executives, team members, and other stakeholders to produce the most effective outcomes
- Ensure adherence to brand verbal and visual guidelinesas well as any existing or potential claims matrices

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, life sciences, or related field
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical field
Preferred
- MBA or secondary degree
- Prior product management experience
- Understanding of urinary disease, therapies, and products
- Experience in US medical device therapy and market development
- Experience in an HCP setting
- Understanding of the US healthcare system
- Proven strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience with physician engagement activities and events
