Description
The Vendor Funds Management Claims Specialist is responsible for the operational management within the process of recovering funds from manufacturers, and the administrative part of the execution of marketing expenses. Responsibilities
- Manage the data loading of each campaign according to the process and specific fields of each brand.
- Validate the creation and execution of campaigns according to the approved budget.
- Receipt and validation of invoices received from marketing vendors.
- Audit all campaign support materials, including attendee lists, invitations, merchandising, photos, presentations, brand logos and any other necessary evidence according to established guidelines.
- Follow brand approval process and perform internal process for execution of activities. Visibility or tracking of changes, approvals, status, pending, dates, expiration of funds, cases, etc.
- Invoice marketing activities.
- Follow up to verify campaign execution dates and ensure timely closure of the claim process.
- The position may perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimun of 2 yrs of proven experience in vendor funds management or a related area.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the technology or manufacturing industry.

- Travel requirements for this position range from 0% to 25%.
