The Territory Sales Manager is the driving force behind our Products Division's success. The primary goal of the Sales Manager is to build lasting relationships, execute sales initiatives, and deliver cost-effective and proven trenchless infrastructure solutions and suite of products in each region. This individual is responsible for developing target accounts and maintaining and driving new business within the territory.  The suite of products for trenchless rehabilitation ranges from geopolymer mortars, cements, epoxies, foam grouts, resins, liners, and robots.WE WILL HIRE FROM ANY STATE!

Key responsibilities:


  • Leads all sales and account/planning, forecasting, reporting, management efforts for assigned accounts within territory.
  • Brings core product specification knowledge, application, and value to the customer
  • Conducts meetings to present company mission and offerings to decision makers
  • Understands, assesses, and anticipates customers’ objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Obtains product approvals through presentations and supporting submittal development
  • Acquires new customers to maximize supply center revenue
  • Escalates customer service issue follow-up
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and terms
  • Strategically manages through feedback from customers and market
  • Works closely with supply center and corporate resources to have them enter & fulfill orders

Key qualities for the job:


  • Self-motivated
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand basic technical aspects of construction
  • Prepared for frequent travel

Education/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 + years of sales experience (preferably in geopolymer mortars, cements, epoxies, foam grouts, resins, liners)

Commission Structure:


There is currently no cap on commissions.
