Job Summary:
SafeRide Health is in search of a proactive Strategic Operations & Implementation Manager (Remote). As a linchpin of our dynamic team, you will lead initiatives across business intelligence, project management, client management, and operational process improvement & documentation. Given the indispensable nature of this role within SafeRide Health, we seek candidates capable of spearheading discussions, influencing teams across diverse functions, and driving results both as a leader and as an autonomous contributor.Key Responsibilities:· Collaborate with senior executive leadership across multiple functions (Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance, etc.) to address complex business challenges, mitigate risks, and drive cross-functional alignment on strategic goals.· Lead the operations-focused aspects of client launches, collaborating closely with Operations, Account Management, Technology, and other teams as needed to ensure the successful onboarding and go-live of new clients· Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the critical tools and processes that support scalable and continuously improving outcomes across all client implementations· Manage the reporting of healthcare encounters for SafeRide, ensuring this critical compliance data is delivered in a thorough, accurate, and efficient manner to our clients and various state agencies· Proactively solve problems and remove roadblocks for the leadership team to improve speed, efficiency, and execution.Education/Experience:· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.· Experience working for a major Healthcare Payor (Humana, United, Molina, etc.) and/or a state or federal Medicare/Medicaid agency.· Experience in management consulting, business operations, or a related field is a plus.

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (taking companies from 1-10).· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to craft innovative solutions.· An inherent drive to take ownership and solve problems, especially in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage a range of stakeholders, including clients and government regulators.· Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.· Experience or familiarity with logistics-centric businesses, especially within sectors like healthcare, health-tech, or transportation-tech.· An understanding of healthcare encounters and related data exchange processes including 837 (claims), 835 (payment/remittance), 277 (claim status), and 999 (acknowledgment).Mindset and Values We’re Looking For:In this role, we are not just seeking someone with the right experience, but for a motivated, curious, and proactive leader-in-the-making.
