With the convergence of AI, precision medicine, and digital pathology, we’re not just changing pathology—we’re redefining what’s possible in medicine.About the RoleAs Vice President of North America Sales - Clinical Segment, you’ll own Proscia’s commercial strategy and execution in North America, driving the adoption of our enterprise digital pathology solutions in the Clinical market.

This role is ideal for a hungry, and proven sales leader eager to build and lead a high-performing team, delivering impactful results in a fast-evolving industry.

The Clinical segment includes a diverse mix of account types, including:

  • Academic Medical Centers: Institutions such as Mayo Clinic, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, Kaiser Permanente, and others leading the charge in clinical research and patient care.
  • Diagnostic Laboratories: Industry leaders like Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, and PathGroup who are scaling high-throughput operations to deliver results at speed.

Success in this role will require navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving key decision-makers and influencers such as the CIO, Head of Pathology, Chief Medical Officer, COO, and, in some cases, the CEO. Your ability to build trust, tailor messaging to diverse priorities, and unify these stakeholders around Proscia’s value proposition will be critical to driving adoption and closing strategic deals.

Beyond the North America region, this role has significant growth potential, positioning you to expand your responsibilities to bigger challenges. The right candidate will have the vision and drive to scale with the company and shape global sales strategies as Proscia continues its rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and implement strategies to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share in the Clinical segment (health systems, academic medical centers, and diagnostic labs). Leverage your understanding of AI and its transformative potential in digital pathology to position Proscia as the partner of choice for these organizations.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of sales professionals, with plans to double the team within the next 12-18 months. Actively coach your team while holding them accountable for performance.
  • Key Account Management: Identify and nurture strategic accounts, including involvement in tenders, to establish Proscia as a preferred supplier. Build C-suite relationships to facilitate executive-level engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to tailor go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Forecasting & Market Insights: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and monitor competitive and market dynamics to adapt strategies effectively.

What We’re SeekingTo thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Background in Enterprise Software Sales into the Healthcare: At least 10+ years selling and 5+ years of provensales leadership experience. Experience with AI-driven solutions is a significant plus, as it underpins Proscia’s value proposition in transforming pathology.
  • Hunger to Build: Experience managing small, high-impact teams and scaling them. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to grow with the team.
  • Strong Market Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems, AI, diagnostics, or pathology is a strong plus, but not mandatory. Candidates from other healthcare tech fields (radiology,, molecular diagnostics, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven Success: A track record of exceeding performance metrics using enterprise sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, etc.).
  • Vision & Curiosity: Passion for innovative healthcare technologies, particularly AI, and a desire to drive change in an evolving market where digital pathology is just beginning to unlock its potential.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel (up to 40%) and work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
