About Our Opportunity 


As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring client success and satisfaction through effective management of the implementation process, document organization, calendar management, client reporting, email correspondence, and team support. Every day, you will work closely with Client Relationship Managers to support the day-to-day operations and interactions with clients. 

Things You’ll Do Here: 


  • Track and monitor the client implementation process, ensuring milestones are met and addressing potential issues in a timely manner. 
  • Handle new client onboarding, including completing and distributing implementation agreements and other necessary paperwork. 
  • Coordinate and schedule mandatory implementation meetings and track the completion of post-implementation items. 
  • Organize and maintain implementation paperwork, ensuring documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible, including both physical and electronic documents. 
  • Manage calendars for Client Relationship Managers, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to ensure efficient time management. 
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for tasks like data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management, and create presentations using PowerPoint. 
  • Respond to client service-related inquiries via email, ensuring timely and professional communication. 
  • Draft and send out email communications to clients, providing updates, information, or addressing inquiries. 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Client Relations Managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other essential documents. 
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, ensuring smooth operation of the client relationship management team and enhancing client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:  


  • 2+ years of experience in a client/account support or team support role. 
  • Experience corresponding with clients or customers, providing information requested or updates as projects progress. 
  • Knack for schedules, details, and organization. 
  • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to assist and achieve a positive outcome. 

A plus if you have… 

  • Background in insurance or healthcare
