Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Create job descriptions and postings that reflect the position requirements and align with company culture
- Source, screen and engage top talent through social media, job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals and networking events
- Develop professional relationships at colleges, universities and community groups
- Coordinate and lead the interview process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Represent First American at career fairs, and other recruiting events
- Manage the Workday applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations and company policies
- Coach managers on interviewing best practices
- Support the onboarding process by providing candidates with a smooth transition into their new roles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Workday experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambition and strong work ethic
