Account Executive


As an Account Executive, you will be the face of Logiwa for prospective customers. Your mission will be to identify high-value opportunities, serve as a trusted expert while guiding prospects through an engaging and consultative sales process, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships that drive growth for Logiwa and our customers. If you have a track record of success and are passionate about solving complex challenges, creating mutually beneficial solutions, and closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Pipeline Generation: Work closely with marketing, sales development, and partnerships teams to manage and convert pre-qualified leads. Consistently generate and close qualified opportunities through your own outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Product Expertise: Continuously develop a deep understanding of Logiwa's offerings to effectively communicate our value propositions, demonstrate how we drive impact and ROI for customers, and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including deep discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed and share industry trends and competitive landscapes to strategically position Logiwa’s solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, track activities and prospect requirements, manage your pipeline, and provide informed sales forecasts.

What You Will Bring:


  • Experience: 3-7 years in a closing role at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; adept at managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Experience selling Warehouse Management Software (WMS), logistics, or supply chain solutions is preferred.
  • Approach: Adaptable and consultative with a customer-centric mindset; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What Will Set You Apart:


  • BA/BS Degree in a related field.
  • Successful experience selling B2B SaaS products with complex discovery processes in supply chain industries (e.g., WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, or carriers).

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on years of experience, with a 50/50 commission split, making on target earnings $140,000 to $180,000 per year.
