What You’ll Do


  • Sales and Revenue Generation
  • Identify prospect, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement with active clients.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and prepare accurate forecasts to guide strategic decisions.

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve client and company goals.

What You’ll Bring:


  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of sales and account management experience, ideally in professional services or workforce solutions.
  • Sales Expertise: Practitioner of a consultative or solution sales process.
  • Executive Rapport: Ability to build trust with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Tools Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in changing market conditions and competitive environments.

  • Achieve or exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Build a robust pipeline with new and existing clients.
  • Grow revenue year-over-year within assigned accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans that drive measurable results.

Your Background:


  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In sales and account management using a solutions sales process.
  • Industry Experience: Practitioner experience in workforce solutions or related professional services.
