Job Summary
The Senior Project Coordinator analyzes and coordinates the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. In this role, you will lead and guide the work of technical staff, track progress, assess and mitigates risks, support resource management, address issues, assist with reporting, document lessons learned and provide recommendations for improvement or enhancements to optimize success in meeting project goals and objectives.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily forward-facing activities for a yearly major app development competition event
- Develop and execute recruitment plans
- Engage/collaborate with participants, external partners, customers, colleagues
- Create and update the annual competition handbook
- Manage the execution of the annual culminating event
- Lead and conduct annual team interviews
Requirements
Minimum Education
- Master's degree with 6 to 10 years’ experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Previous experience managing/supporting a major competition/event
- Collaborative in a team environment
- Excellent writing skills
