Experience Required: 20+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all contract-related activities, from drafting to negotiation and execution.
Ensure all contracts align with project requirements and legal standards.
Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes.
Develop and implement contract management processes and policies.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in contract management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and other international standards.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
