We are currently seeking a Director of Paid Social to lead and scale our social media efforts, delivering innovation and growth breakthroughs.

Position Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of our paid social media initiatives. You will focus on driving customer acquisition growth at a profitable ROI. The role demands deep expertise in paid social media marketing and relentless performance-oriented mindset.

Your Day-to-Day:


  • Drive strategy and execution for Paid Social (with a focus on Facebook and Instagram), ensuring alignment with overall company growth objectives.
  • Oversee the development of high-impact, data-driven campaigns designed to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Establish operational excellence in campaign execution, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and process improvements.
  • Drive high-velocity creative testing and scaling of successful ad formats, messaging, and targeting.
  • Mentor and manage a team of social media specialists, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Creative, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and leveraging new opportunities in paid social media to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build a high-performing team with a focus on innovation, accountability, and measurable results.

About You:


  • 6+ years of experience managing and scaling paid social media campaigns, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proven track record of managing $5M+ budgets for customer acquisition and achieving meaningful growth.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating compelling ad creatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across teams.

We have designed and implemented a Site Optimization Program with an Accountable Care Organization that produced a 96% savings to the program over a 6-month period of time. In addition, we are open to exploring financial structures that promote shared responsibility for quality and financial outcomes with our referral partners.
