Why We Need You
As a Software Engineer in Test, you’ll play a key role in building our new web and mobile app for small business owners. This app will feature tools designed to streamline essential business operations, such as scheduling, invoicing, review management, and more. The ideal candidate will bring experience in defining and implementing testing strategies in a greenfield environment, ensuring our solutions are robust, reliable, and ready to make an impact.🚀
The Impact You’ll Have
- Develop a deep understanding of the application under development.
- Implement Flutter integration tests to cover major product workflows and ensure seamless functionality.
- Participate in product design meetings to anticipate and address current and future testing needs.
- Provide valuable input on tests during product engineer code reviews, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and identify issues to improve application performance and stability.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance software efficiency.

What We Need From You
- 0 to 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (relevant experience may be considered instead of education).
- Experience with object-oriented programming and testing object-oriented software.
- Experience providing test creation guidance for product engineers.
- Previous experience working with form-based CRUD applications, SPA, and mobile app test engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English, suitable for success in a remote and asynchronous work environment.
