About the Role


Home Solutions seeks a VP of Strategy & Analytics to play a key leadership role on one of its biggest P&Ls. We are seeking an analytical senior leader with an entrepreneurial mindset that can drive game-changing results in a high-stakes and high-velocity performance marketing environment.

Your Day-to-Day


  • Drive outsized Contribution Margin growth by setting the tone for a high-performance culture that is relentless about driving results
  • Define the strategy, identify opportunities, and effectively convert insights into team execution and operational excellence
  • Lead a best-in-class Testing team that maintains an aggressive always-on testing posture rooted in statistical fundamentals and delivers wins on Landing Pages and Ads
  • Lead Analytics function by architecting and operationalizing data, attribution, integration, and reporting processes that ensures high-velocity analysis and execution
  • Drive clarity on our most complex problems and opportunities by doing hands-on analytical work with robust data sets and engaging analysts effectively
  • Create synthesis and clarity for both executive communications and engaging the broader team around the vision and strategy
  • Build the team for scale by hiring A players and mentoring employees to ensure they are productive, engaged, and retained
  • Effectively engage cross-functional teams by developing a high degree of followership that drives partner full potential, category growth, and technical problem solving

About You


  • Bachelor’s degree with a track record of professional success. MBA or advanced degree a plus but not required.
  • Either:
  • 3-4 years at top-tier consulting firm, ideally at the engagement manager/project leader level or
  • 5-10+ years of overall business experience; ideally running strategic partnerships or P&Ls in a general management capacity
  • Outstanding analytical problem solving skills with hands-on experience in leveraging complex data to drive business decisions and process
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in digital or marketing is a plus, but not required
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in the face of ambiguity
  • Competitive drive, a hunger to learn, and a sense of urgency to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and often-changing environment that values judgment over rules
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to convey your vision across all levels of the organization

The Package

Home Solutions is a full-service home infusion provider committed to providing care solutions for patients, hospitals and community providers. Our team of dedicated clinicians and staff are committed to providing the highest quality of care in conjunction while promoting process and price efficiencies for our customers. Home Solutions has 12 pharmacies servicing 17 states from Massachusetts to Georgia. We have 4 pharmacies dedicated to servicing NJ, NY, and PA with a comprehensive payer listing for all states. Home Solutions currently participates in preferred partnerships with hospitals, strategic home health agencies, and Accountable Care Organizations. We offer programs aimed at offsetting costs to a health system for indigent patients. We have designed and implemented a Site Optimization Program with an Accountable Care Organization that produced a 96% savings to the program over a 6-month period of time. In addition, we are open to exploring financial structures that promote shared responsibility for quality and financial outcomes with our referral partners.
