About the role
The Product Designer will be responsible for visioning, creating, testing, and launching a valuable suite of tools on our platform. Our ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of innovative design work demonstrating industry-leading design and business success and depth of work in product design, visual design, and UX (wireframes, journey maps, personas). Beyond your design work, you'll gain leadership responsibilities early on as we grow the team and close customers. You'll be involved in scaling the product, the team, and the entire company.
What You'll Do
- Create user flows, wireframes, and designs that balance quality with speed
- Collaborate with Product Manager to conduct qualitative user research
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy
- Help establish effective design processes that enable rapid iteration
- Contribute to key product decisions through your unique design perspective

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking.
- Experience in product management or a strong understanding of product management principles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered design process
- Experience designing for consumer/prosumer audiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with voice interfaces and AI products is a plus
- Someone who can commit to 4 days in-office work in Mountain View
