VOXX International is looking for a professional & enthusiastic customer service representative who enjoys a fast-paced team environment. This position pays $16.50 per hour based on a 40-hour work week plus an incentive program based on production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle high call volume of incoming calls with a professional and positive tone.
- Follow-up with customers on various issues
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to set-up WIFI & Bluetooth based products.
- Assist customers by troubleshooting issues related to product set-up.
- In-put call details in company-based computer system.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months to 1-year related experience or equivalent.
- Must be bilingual Spanish.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to perform diversified clerical functions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Acute attention to detail.
