What qualifications are required?


  • Excellent understanding of the banking industry, including knowledge of funding markets and balance sheet management strategies 
  • Self-starter with the aptitude to quickly learn new products and services 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment 
  • History of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and quotas 
  • Proven track record of building and fostering new and existing relationships, as well as managing a large territory
  • Able to travel extensively, including overnight (approximately 50%) 
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as SalesForce
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must currently reside in Rocky Mountain/Seattle area
  • Demonstrated ability to be efficient working from a home office

For this position, the base salary pay range is $150,000 to $200,000. In addition, this position is eligible for variable pay through a sales compensation plan. These plans are based on achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
