CRC typically hosts 5-6 corporate interns during the summer, typically based at our main office in Baltimore. In special circumstances, a virtual internship is feasible.
- Internships run approximately 10-12 weeks, beginning late May/early June and ending anywhere from mid-August to early September, depending on school schedules.
- Interns usually support one of these teams: commercial leasing, investor relations, acquisitions, asset management, or property management.
- Occasionally, positions in internal support areas such as marketing, HR, and accounting as well as positions in our multifamily operating division may be available depending on business needs.
- Internships are typically part-time, 21- 28 hours per week and paid based on current market rates.
- Ideal candidates will possess a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.
