POSITION:
Maintenance Technician –

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check and clean all service yards for loose debris and tenant items (golf cart available to get around property)
- Maintain service yards by removing debris, stains, and weeds.
- Monitor proper trash disposal and ensure correct usage of grease containers.
- Conduct spot cleaning and leveling of pavers as needed.
- Perform pressure washing of various areas as per schedule.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance consistently.
- Weed control in pavers, sidewalks and parking areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a general maintenance role preferred.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s license.
- Knowledge of and strict adherence to using personal protection equipment (PPE) as required (e.g., safety goggles, steel-tip safety boots, ear protection, dust mask).
- Mechanically inclined, adept at problem-solving, and skilled in hands-on tasks
