As we expand our reach, we seek a Senior B2B Sales Executive to build and grow strategic referral partnerships with mass tort and personal injury law firms—helping drive case acquisition at scale.

The Opportunity


We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with deep industry relationships in the mass tort and personal injury legal space. This isn’t a traditional sales role—this is about high-level relationship-building, deal-making, and expanding our national referral network.You’ll identify and engage law firm owners and decision-makers, negotiate high-value partnerships, and ensure seamless onboarding for firms looking to grow with TopDog Law. If you’ve worked in legal services, case acquisition, or mass tort referral partnerships, and you know-how to negotiate and close big deals, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Leverage existing relationships within the legal industry to expand TopDog Law’s referral network.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with law firm owners, specifically in mass tort and personal injury law.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and legal summits to cultivate new partnerships and expand our reach.
  • Develop long-term, high-value relationships that drive case acquisition and revenue growth.

Sales & Negotiation


  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial conversations to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Negotiate referral agreements, fee splits, and law firm financing deals to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing structures, partnership models, and market expansion strategies.
  • Re-negotiate and optimize existing agreements as needed to ensure ongoing value for both parties.

Process & Pipeline Management


  • Develop a structured outreach and follow-up strategy to engage potential partners efficiently.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring seamless tracking of outreach, conversations, and deal progress.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align partner acquisition strategies with company goals.

Who You Are


  • Industry Insider – You already have connections with personal injury and mass tort law firms and know-how referral partnerships work.
  • Proven Sales Closer – You have a track record of winning high-value B2B deals, negotiating complex contracts, and closing six- and seven-figure partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinker – You understand law firm business models, case origination strategies, and client acquisition in the legal industry.
  • Relationship-Driven – You’re a trusted advisor to law firm owners, not just a salesperson.
  • Self-Starter – You take ownership of your pipeline and know how to hustle, engage, and win deals.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within legal services, case origination, or referral partnerships.
  • Existing relationships with personal injury and mass tort law firms required.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage a long sales cycle.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with experience structuring referral agreements, law firm loans, or strategic partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel up to attend industry events and meet with law firm owners.

  • Competitive compensation - minimum six-figure base with the opportunity to earn incentives towards a total compensation target of $250,000.
