POSITION: Service Manager
As a Service Manager/Maintenance Supervisor for
The Linden, you will be the go-to person for 162 apartment homes, which involves coaching, scheduling, ordering, making decisions and meeting deadlines. The Linden is a new acquisition for us, representing our tenth community in North Carolina.

Most Important Responsibilities
- Ability to manage and schedule turns in accordance with CRC standards.
- Take initiative to problem solve and manage expenses
- Prioritize workload to review scheduled tasks, service requests, make ready board and turn schedule. Strong ability to multi-task.
- Identify future budget needs including larger capital projects.
- Responsible for asset preservation and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot maintenance concerns, seek contractor assistance only when necessary and communicate action plan to your team and the residents.
- Work closely with the Community Manager to communicate the mechanical/technical aspects of the community and make good decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up to ensure quality of final work product.
Most Important Qualifications
- MUST BE A GO-GETTER with a proven track record of taking initiative.
- A minimum of 2 years’ Service Manager experience strongly preferred.
- EPA required and CPO preferred.
- Technical skills should also include the ability to troubleshoot/repair/maintain HVAC components appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and all other general CRC maintenance requirements.
- Requires vehicle, tools, emergency on-call rotation
- Customer service skills a must.
