Description


We are seeking a talented Software Developer IV to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, driving best practices, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities: 


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Lead the architecture and design of new features and systems.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability across the tech stack.
  • Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and tools to improve processes and systems.

Requirements


Required Qualifications


  • Experience: 7+ years in software development, with a strong track record in building scalable applications.
  • Languages/Frameworks: Proficiency in .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with frameworks like React or Angular
  • Frontend Development: Expertise in modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular 12+).
  • Backend Development: Strong understanding of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., ASPNETCORE).
  • Databases: Experience with both relational (Microsoft SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably Azure.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and collaboration platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and secure coding techniques.
  • Proven experience with performance optimization in high-traffic environments.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $135,000 to $150,000 (annualized USD). However, this estimate represents just one aspect of our total compensation package offered.
