Target Marketing Group, a Helm company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This in-office position requires a professional who excels in customer service, administrative support, and order management. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for acute/spot-buy client opportunities.
- Work closely with TMG Account Executives to manage order follow-ups and address any issues or variances.
- Handle client communications, including order and artwork approvals, vendor follow-ups, advanced shipping notices (ASNs), and final delivery confirmations.
- Track data and orders, ensuring all relevant team members, including the warehouse, are updated with order notes for domestic and international follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth coordination of vendor and client interactions for successful order completion.
Requirements
Education:
- College degree preferred but not required.
Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role.
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage tasks reliably under pressure.
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to take on new assignments and adapt to changing priorities.
