Target Marketing Group, a Helm company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This in-office position requires a professional who excels in customer service, administrative support, and order management. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for acute/spot-buy client opportunities.
  • Work closely with TMG Account Executives to manage order follow-ups and address any issues or variances.
  • Handle client communications, including order and artwork approvals, vendor follow-ups, advanced shipping notices (ASNs), and final delivery confirmations.
  • Track data and orders, ensuring all relevant team members, including the warehouse, are updated with order notes for domestic and international follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of vendor and client interactions for successful order completion.

Requirements

Education:


  • College degree preferred but not required.

Experience:


  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role.

Skills:


  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage tasks reliably under pressure.
  • Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to take on new assignments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with customers, managers, and peers.
