The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute innovative and compelling content, supporting internal communications, and will drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, consistency, and organizational growth.

Key Contributions of the Role


  • Write and edit high-quality, compelling content across various platforms, including website copy, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles, showcasing the company.
  • Develop, write, and distribute press releases and media kits to support public relations efforts
  • Assist with social media management, including posting and creating graphics.
  • Provide creative support by designing a variety of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, and other promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Coordinate photography needs by researching and booking photographers, developing creative briefs, and overseeing the logistics of shoots.
  • Create and manage detailed shot lists for photography sessions.
  • Collaborate with third-party print vendors to efficiently manage and fulfill marketing needs.
  • Organize and process invoices to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist in the ordering, inventory management, and distribution of promotional items to support marketing initiatives.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters and announcements, as needed.
  • Support the management of the company's SharePoint site, making copy and design edits, optimizing page layouts, and ensuring the site is user-friendly and informative.
  • Serve as a versatile team player, ready to take on ad hoc marketing requests and projects across various lines of business as needed.

Requirements


  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience creating a variety of content, including blogs, press releases, case studies, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including content creation and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating marketing materials.
  • Comfortability collaborating with third-party vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage invoices, promotional items, and marketing assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp or Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
  • Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design principles is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
