What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain relationships with Executive Leadership and internal/external key personnel to assist with executing high-level decisions, completing time-sensitive tasks, and advancing the goals and objectives of PrizePicks
- Book and confirm all travel arrangements while ensuring all needs are met for last-minute changes or updates. Partner with Finance in the execution of expense reports and payments.
- Provide exceptional client service to guests of PrizePicks during on-site and off-site meetings/events
- Receive and process requests for special event appearances, speaking engagements, and introductory meetings in partnership with PR team
- Partner with other Executive Assistants to keep internal Executives and leadership abreast of the company’s initiatives and upcoming meetings/events
- Manage all administrative and operational activities associated with Executive Leadership
What you have:
- Four year College degree preferred
- 5+ years as an Administrative Assistant with senior-level executives preferably in the start-up /tech industry with a privately held company
- Outstanding business acumen
- Precision in the compilation and creation of written assets for executive presentation
- Ability to think quickly, creatively, and strategically to coordinate and communicate with individuals and groups both internally and externally
- Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations and tight deadlines in a demanding environment
- Ability to take initiative on tasks and projects without having direction; work well in ambiguity
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
