The Office Manager role is responsible for handling office administration duties, including greeting guests, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail when necessary.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Work with the Corporate Workplace Ops team to follow a company budget and create consistencies among the offices
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
- High level of demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

- You have proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- You have excellent organizational and leadership skills
- You have familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- You have excellent knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- You have Masters / Bachelor’s degree or relevant field is preferred
- You have 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
