About the Role: Position is responsible for cleaning the assigned areas.

Essential Job Functions

• Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed• Dust and spot-clean furniture, equipment and accessories (including pictures and other wall hangings)• Clean mirrors• Clean elevator floors and mirrors• Clean restrooms thoroughly• Check and replenish paper towels and toilet paper as needed• Check and refill soap dispensers• Vacuum floors• Sweep and dust mop stairwells• Provide other Building Services duties as requested

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Education and CertificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent desiredExperience and SkillsPrevious janitorial experience a plusCompetencies Detail orientedGood communication skillsSelf starterTeam playerSpecial Considerations Lift and or move up to approximately 50 lbs. frequently. Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently. Routine standing of approximately 8 hrs per day. Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, trash cans
