We seek a motivated and well-spoken Regional Account Executive to join our sales team.  Our Regional Account Executives bring Oomnitza solutions to buyers in our commercial segment, helping them solve key business technology problems.   The Regional Account Executive will develop new leads, communicate with prospects, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process while reaching their quota goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle -  generating leads (35% of Pipeline), advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving sales quotas within assigned territory.
  • Prospecting through outbound calls, targeting prospects, and following up on leads.
  • Value-based selling approach through thoughtful discovery to identify customers’ pain, quantifying measurable benefits of solving their pain, influencing required capabilities, and presenting the appropriate solutions.
  • Create new opportunity pipeline for your territory using demand generation programs and prospecting tools (Linked Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM, etc)
  • Create and maintain accurate opportunity pipeline information in SFDC.
  • Forecast accurately applying MEDDPICC to new opportunities
  • Ability to drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
  • Participate in company events, pre-event campaigns, at event meeting participation & prospecting, and post-event campaign follow-up. 

Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience selling or generating demand for enterprise B2B IT SaaS solutions. 
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to multiple technology stakeholders (IT Director/Manager, technical executives, Head of Service Management, VP IT and CIO and CISO) 
  • Experience and understanding of the technology landscape of IT Infrastructure/IT Ops tools, Compliance & Security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to negotiate
  • Ability to learn as well as teach yourself
  • Enthusiastic, positive, highly energetic, team player
  • Skills with Salesforce, Google,  and/or Microsoft productivity tools
